Centex Plumbing Services So yesterday we got a visit from our local Killeen water department stating we had a leak as our usage was over 22,000 gallons for the month and in 9 days we had already gone through 9,000 gallons. We quickly contacted a local plumbing company. They came out the same day and assessed the situation. Lord and behold not the news a homeowner wants to hear when you have a main water leak under the slab. David scheduled us for first thing in the morning for repairs. The crew came out and got it knocked out. They were very professional and courteous. The owner Bubba came out to inspect all the work and gave it his seal of approval. Thank you ( David, Chase, Nathan and Aaron) for such great work and giving me detailed step by step information of the progress. They also cleaned up after they were done. For a job like this Centex Plumbing Services price was very affordable. I have 4 wall patches to do but now I don’t have a leak. 5 ⭐️ goes to this team!!! This review is strictly about reliability. Is a company willing to change their daily schedule on the fly to help someone out and still charge a fair price.? Centex Plumbing Services did just that for our fence company.....We had hit an unmarked water line that supplied a residence with water, initially they did not think they could make it out same day (which we definitely needed) and recommended multiple other plumbing companies that possibly could (first star). After calling each company with a similar result, I called back and asked the owner if he knew anyone else who could possibly help and that it was of utmost importance that we find someone to restore water to a family that had nothing to do with the damage. He said he would do it himself and asked for the address (second star). He showed up in less than 20 minutes which was a surprise and had it repaired within 30 minutes (third star). He sent the invoice and it was absolutely fair in a time when some companies would take advantage of the urgency requested, they did not (fourth star). Overall outstanding experience when we were running out of options and because of things like this, Centex Plumbing Services will now be our first and only option (5th star)! Highly Recommend
